All bets placed on toto26 are subject to acceptance by the platform. toto26 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of price errors, system fault s, or suspicious betting activity.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on toto26. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at toto26's discretion. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to prior arrangement with the toto26 VIP team.

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
toto26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, duplicate account creation, or conduct that toto26 reasonably considers harmful to the platform or its players.
Upon termination for cause, toto26 may forfeit any balance held in the account. Where termination is initiated without cause by toto26, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-returnable upon account closure under any circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto26 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
